- Develop, build and implement Customer Intelligence Databases; support customer analytics. Focus on development of business. Identify project opportunity.
- Involved with the design and implementation of channel and customer optimisation programmes.
- Involved with range of FS organisations primarily UK, but some in Europe and Australia/New Zealand to review operational,
channel and customer processes for purpose of improving product up-sell and cross sell, attrition and retention analysis, and risk to marketing programmes.

August 1996 to June 2001 – CACI London. Head of Financial Services – Market Databases.
- Developed and managed the launch and operation of market databases; re-vamped the existing database. Development of existing, and creation of new relationships at senior management, or board level across more than 40 UK organisations. Databases key to building significant business development opportunities and projects. Market sectors covered and delivery achieved were savings, current accounts, secured lending (prime and non-prime/conforming), and consumer finance (cards and unsecured lending).
- Responsibility for the balance sheet of this FS group covering all areas of budgetary and financial management. Overseeing the implementation of all necessary developments for processes, systems, and people (team of 15).
- Worked with a range of banks and building societies on major strategy setting, channel analysis, and customer value programmes.
- Worked with the Bank of England, FSA, BBA, CML, ABI, and other bodies of a statutory or industry nature to further develop the value of the group (inc. use of MMDB data in MPC decision making process).

1980-1996 Worked within Financial Services for National & Provincial across a range of operational and strategic managerial roles.
- Period June 1994 - July 1996 – Integrated view of all business areas as Head of Strategy, Planning and Performance team. Dealt with board requirements regarding strategic information, corporate planning and MI requirements including 1, 3, and 5 year planning. Involved in decision making processes for number of due diligence reviews. ALCO, Treasury, Cashflow, Risk Committee and Ratings responsibilities.
- Heavily involved in the merger talks with Abbey National which resulted in N&P being acquired in August 1996. Part of the compliance and review team. Responsible for (including assessing impacts of acquisition on) savings and mortgage books. Built model for share payout.
- October 1992 – Head of Savings and Investment team for strategy, planning and performance analysis. Member of cashflow team. Supported ALCO.
- March 1992 – Head of Credit cards and unsecured lending business team for strategy and planning with P&L responsibilities (including N&P offshore). Involved in development and launch of credit cards operations. Risk Committee
