Mandy Bradley (BSc Imperial College ACGI MRAeS CEng) - Consultant
Mandy has been involved in analysing the property market for Technical Forecasts Ltd (TFL) for the last 9 years, implementing TFL’s proprietary data-led forecasting methodology at
postcode sector level, based on Land Registry’s quarterly property data. She introduced TFL’s quality assurance procedures to maximise overall accuracy in time series development,
resulting in significantly improved likelihood of forecasts. Prior to this, she spent many years in the insurance sector as an IT consultant, specialising in new and upcoming technologies.
She is a member of the Society of Property Researchers. Mandy is assisting implementation of the TFL property sector work which Acadametrics has acquired and will help in special projects.
